Weekly Newsletters
The Newsletter is a weekly letter giving the pupils and their parents an up to date description of any relevant news that has happened or will soon be happening at the school. It includes articles about school trips, reminders about important events happening at the school, attendance figures as well as any other relevant news. There is also a weekly message form the headteacher.
The articles in the newsletter will often range from a description of the latest sporting triumph or defeat, a recent school trip or how the students felt about a talk that was given in school by a guest speaker.
Reminders are usually about key dates happening in the school such as parents evening, inset days, review days etc.
The newsletter was introduced to ensure that all parents, students, governors and surrounding ‘feeder' schools were aware of important information regarding Canons High School.
